Energy insight for commercial properties...
EMP Click is an upgradable, Niagara ready, utilities management system for monitoring your utilities consumption. This one box solution contains all you need to start making real savings.
It has an inbuilt webserver and WiFi access point enabling it to transmit utility costs, in currency to the engaging local display, without relying on any local access network or mobile infrastructure. Use it to monitor utility use in your building and save up to 15% off your bills by conducting audits in realtime and seeing what your consumption is costing at the point of use. Upgradable via Niagara to enable control functions and unlock additional savings
In Premises Display (IPD) is an HD, 7″ touch-screen, user interface (HMI), which can be purchased independently and used to connect to any BMS system that serves up webpages. As part of ‘Click’ it provides utility awareness, showing timely consumption and cost information, helping staff perform an efficient lock up. The easy-to-install display receives its data wirelessly from WiFi or can be connected by hardwired Ethernet. It can monitor up to 6 utility channels including 3-phase electricity, water and heat
Click is easy to install with its unique, direct, wall-mounting architecture fitting over a simple electrical pattress box. EMP has a special, low cost, ‘small building’ license of Niagara, which means up to 100 points of building control can be quickly installed as an upgrade onto a Click controller to automate the behavioural change gains through last-man-out, kill-switch functionality. Ancillary equipment is required
Having started your energy management journey with monitoring from EMP you can utilise powerful web-based analytics to identify additional saving opportunities and assess the impact of energy efficiency initiatives. These savings can then be invested to take control of the worst performing buildings in your portfolio and provide the best ROI from minimal budgets
